My role met at the intersection of development, testing, and collaboration. I focused on improving engagement and conversion by supporting campaign preparation, turning A/B testing into an iterable system, and helping teams use data to make clearer creative and strategy decisions for email and SMS.

I reviewed campaign performance before, during, and after sends to inform email strategy, carrying over winning RTBs and creative formats that performed to future emails. Treating iteration as an ongoing practice helped scale A/B testing from an occasional practice to an expected standard in campaign planning across 90%+ of promotional and lifecycle sends.

I supported SMS strategy by testing across messaging and targeting approaches. This work helped inform a shift away from very narrow or very broad targeting toward engagement-defined segments. With clearer segmentation in place, I was also able to align content to relevant audiences based on their interests and behaviors, elevating SMS as a more intentional channel.
